Covenant Enforcement Officer Position Example:
Primary Responsibilities of the Covenants Enforcement Specialist: Assists the community association with enforcement of their governing documents and rules by routinely conducting visual inspections of the community and citing owners for non-compliance. This position requires property inspections as well as administrative work.
Additional Responsibilities:

Correspond via email or phone with individual owners

Perform property inspection of neighborhoods

Keep a daily log of the visits to communities

Notify lot owners of violations of the covenants, follow-up and monitor status of compliance efforts

Prepare and present compliance cases as necessary at monthly panel hearings. Communicate results to owners.

Review lot files and inspect properties for the processing of Property Owners Association (POAA) disclosure packages

When necessary attend Architectural Review Board (ARB) meetings to present applications for review.

Act professionally and responsibility when handling sensitive compliance situations

Perform walking inspections at managers' discretion
Job Requirements:

2 years experience in a service related industry

Customer Service skills

Demonstrated verbal and written communication

Capable of walking distances over rough or uneven terrain.

Reliable transportation

Valid Driver's License

Ability to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Demonstrated experience handling conflict resolution
